Return Criteria
We offer a 30-day return policy, provided the product is unused and does not affect its resale value. Custom products (e.g., printed items) cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used. All returned items must remain in their original condition with tags attached and no damages.
Quality Issues
If you receive a product with a quality issue, you can request a return or exchange within one year of purchase. Returned products must have tags intact and should not be damaged. If the item has a quality problem within the warranty period, we will replace or refund it.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
1. Custom products and items that have been opened or used.
2. Products damaged by the customer.
